WHO IS SAUNDIATA ACOLI ?

Saundiata Acoli a member of the New York Chapter of the Blcak Panther Party awaited trial for two years, as a result of the Panther 21 conspiracy case. The cas was a classic exmple of how the government and police try to bring down orginizations by putting its leadership behind bars. Saudiata Acoli and his comerads were acquitted of all the false charges. Later as a result of the Panther 21 conspiracy politic attack, pressure and serviellence from the FBI, and local police, like many other panther leaders Saundiata went underground. On May 2, 1973 on the New Jersey Turnpike Saundiata Acoli, Assata Shakur, and Zayde Shakur were ambushed, and attacked. Assata Shakur was wouded, and sadly Zayde Shakur was killed. Dureing a gun battle, a( pig) state trooper was shot, and killed in self defence. Although there is no credible evidence that he had killed the (pig) state trooper, or had been involved in the shooting, In an environment of mass hysteria Saundiata Acoli was tried and falsely convited. Saundita was sentenced to life plus thirty years.

Who IS RUSSEL MAROON SHOATS ?

Russel Maroon Shoats is a new African political prisoner of war, who is serving a prison sentence at the Wayneburg, Pensylvania state institution. He was originaly locked up in January, 1972, and has spent 25 years in 15 different state, county, federal prisons, jails, and maximum security prison/mental institution. He spent 17 years in the holes of various facilities, on locked down for more than 23 hours daily. During the middle 1960's he became increasingly, politically aware, and active in the New African Liberation Movement. Russel Maroon Shoats became a founding member of the Black Unity Council, a Philidelphia grouping that eventualy merged with the Philidelphia chapter of the Black Panther Party in 1969. He became a fugitive in 1970, at the height of the nation wide repression of the New African Liberation Movement, after a policeman was killed, and another one wounded in a retaliationary attack on a Philidelphia police station. This was in response to the repression of the New African Liberation Movement, and the unjustified killing of a New African youth by a reppresive police in the local community. From August 1970, until January 1972 the date of his capture and arrest, he was active in the armed front of the New African Liberation Army. He was tried and convicted for the attack on the police station, and was sentenced to life imprisonment. In September 1977, himself and three other New African Political Prisoners freed themselves from a state prison at Huntington, PA. Two of these brave individuals were recaptured, and one killed dureing the escape, but Russel Maroon Shoats remained at lrge for a month, dureing a massive "slave style" hunt, by local, state, and federal forces who had recruited the local rural populace to help in their search. He was captured in October 1977, and until November 1989 held in various "holes" in numerous state, county, and federal prisions, and maximum-security prison/mental institutions. Russel Maroon Shoats was forcibly transferred to the maximum security-security prison/mental institution at Waymart, Pennsylvania, known as "Fairview", where he was focibly drugged, and on one ocassion hospitalized from a hospital induced drug overdoce. In March 1980, himself, and another New Afrikan Political Prisoner of War were able to free themselves from this institution when a New Afrikan activist smuggled a revolver, and a sub-machine gun into the institution for their use, but three days later all three were captured after a gun battle with local, state, and county police and FBI agents. Dureing the historic Camp Hill rebellion, during October 1989, at the Pennsylvania state prison at Camp Hill, he was transferred from the state in- prison at Dallas, to the U.S. Penitentiary at Lewisburg, and then to the U.S. Penitentiary at Leavenworth, Although he had no part in this rebellion, and having been at Dallas at the time, he was nevertheless singled out by the unjust prison administration to be transferred over 1,000 miles from family, supporters, and friends with a view towards having him confined at the notorious federal prioson at Marion, Illinois. While being kept on 23-hours a day lockdown at Leavenworth, during November 1989, his relatives and supporters mounted a campaign to reveal the lies, and falsified records the Pennsylvania prison administration had used to implicate him in the Camp Hill rebellion that were used as a basis for his transfer to Leavenworth and there to be evaluated for placement at Marion, Illinois. they had succesful efforts, and he was finally released to the general prison population in December 1989. Since June 1991, he is now being held on 23-hour lockdown at the Dallas and Waynesburg state institution, where he remains a committed New Afrikan freedom fighter who wont rest until the New Afrikan peoples are free from oppression, an a free and self-governing nation. Russel Maroon Shoats is still in unjust, inhumaine 23 hours a day solitary lockdown in the SCI Green Control Unit. Control Units are a well cited human rights violation known to cause insanity, and physical deterioration. Amnesty International and many other human rights groups have condemned control units

WHO ARE THE CUBAN 5 ?

These men were arrested for defending their country Cuba from a terrorist based group in Miami on September 1998, and were convicvted in June 2001 in a U.S federal court. Their prison terms range from 15 years to double life sentences, and some have even been denied visitation from their family members for several years. The U. S government charged them with espionage against U.S military bases, and threatening national security in a politicaly charged trial in Miami. These charges by the U.s government are false. They wanted to protect the national sovereignty of cuba. The Cuban five only monitered the actions of right wing terrorist groups in Miami by infiltrating them. These orginizations or sponcored by the CIA, and are responsible for the deaths of hundreds of people not only in Cuba but in other countries as well. Cuba has offered information to the U.S government to comabt these terrorist orginizations, but the U.S repeatedly declined to cooperate with Cuba (for obvious reasons). It was impossible for the cuban five to recieve a fair trial in Miami. While being under the constant threat of Cuban right wing terrorist orginizations in Miami their attorneys asked for a change of venue, but were denied. U.S government officials, the judge and prosecution supressed defence evidence, and key witnesses for the defence could not testify. Oral arguments were heard at the 11 circuit court of appeals for a change of venue on March, 10, 2004, and the court has yet to make a decision. Aspect of a modern day slavery

Today I would like to get into a rather disturbing event that happened recently regarding the rape of an African American female exotic dancer by three white men. These three white men showed themselves to have inherited the same savage actions, and mind state of they’re ruthless ancestors, who would feel free to rape a female slave at any given moment, because the slave master set his own laws, and his property (slave) had no other choice but to obey those laws, but for obvious reasons. Today they are not able to set their own individual laws, but after slavery they made damn sure they took part in establishing a permanent law in witch benefited them, and only them as a whole. This established law would not even show the slightest regard, or contribution towards making sure that the human rights of an African American in this country was not violated, because basically we still had no rights in this country. Regardless of the contributions of the civil rights era in witch I give my up most respect, this same established law reveals it self to be somewhat continuously upheld through those who perpetuate the actions of their savage ancestors . I should began to say African instead of African American, because the actions shown towards Africans in Amerikkka have proven us anything but deserving of its “precious” citizenship, and we should no longer be marching in the middle of the street to singing “we shall overcome” to prove our selves worthy of it, because we are worth more than that. You can do a damn good job trying to convince yourself that things have changed in this country, by assimilating into the culture of a people who the system has continuously proven it self to be in favor of, but your corporate Amerikkka, soccer mom, educated Negro appearance will do little to leave you exempt, or above the LWB (living while black) violation aspect of the law established, revealing itself to be continuously upheld by those who perpetuate the savage actions of their ancestors. Note that I said those who perpetuate the savage actions of their ancestors, those meaning not all, so please don’t come at me with bullsh*t accusations of me being a racist in regards to my social, political views. The amount of time dedicated towards analyzing the DNA presented by all 46 of the 47 lacrosse team players is questionable, but until truth comes along we can always depend on their rich daddies to set their bell, ohhhh I forgot theirs no bell being set , because their are no charges being filed in this case…………………could you honestly see that happening the other way around ?, but we can always depend on their day in court where they’re to be judged by a jury of their peers. A jury of their peers who the system would have shown them selves to be in favor of as well when put in this same situation, and the jury of their peers knowing this would have carried out the same actions of the 3 white men when put into this situation. Because the system/law works………in favor of them.

WHO IS LEONARD PELTIER

Leonard Peltier is an indegenous rights activist, writer, great grndfather, and citizen of the Anishinabe and dakota/lakota Nations, and has been unjustly imprisoned since 1975. While participating in a American indian movement he went to assist the Oglala Lakota people on the Pine ridge reservations when a shoot out occured on June 26, 1975. He was accused of the shooting deaths of two FBI agents . Peltier believing he would never get a fair trial in the United States(for obvious reasons) fled to Canada, but was later apprehended on February 6, 1976. The FBI presented fraudulent affidavits to the canadian court, and Peltier was returned to the U.S for trial. Key witnesses were banned from testifying about the FBI's misconduct. Mr Peltier's attorney's found in the FBI's documents that more than one weopon of the type attributed to Peltier had been present at the scene, and the FBI concealed a ballistics report that showed that the shell caseings coudlnt have come from the alleged murder weapon. At this time the jury was unaware of these facts, and Peltier was sentenced to two consecutive life terms. Leonard Peltier is currently imprisoned at the U.S. Penitentiary in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. HUGO CHAVEZ DISSES THAT PUNK GEORGE DUBYA BUSH

On Sunday Hugo Chavez, president of Venezuela said that he is gonna have a nasty welcome party for U.S forces attempting to invade his country. U.S forces would be met with arrows laced with indian blood, said Chavez. Hugo Chavez has ordered his military to train civilian reserves in case they have to engage in guerrilla war. He has accused Washington of trying to invade Venezuelas vast oil reserves. U.S officials accuse chaves of being an anti-democratic threat to the region(wich realy means not complying to the threat of globalization). Chaves has become a critic of George Bush, labeling him a terrorist and a donkey. Washington has become worried over Chavez's reaching out to Russia, Spain, and Brazil for the purchase of military helicopters, boats, planes, and new rifles. His opposition the U.S free trade proposal has won him the support of left wing movements in South America, where socialist presidents have come to office recently in Bolivia, and Chile. Hugo Chavez has also accused Washington of trying to undermine the credibility of upcoming elections in Venezuela, and Peru where the nationalist candidate Ollanta Humala is ahead of a conservative candidate in polls.

WHO IS MUMIA ABU JAMAL ?

Mumia is one on the long list of political prisonors, falsly accused of shooting a police officer. Mumia was targeted for his political beliefs. For 23 long years he has been locked up, and denied contact visits with his family. His case is currently on appeal before the federal district court in Philidelphia. He has won the support of thousands around the world including archbishop Desmond Tutu, and Nelson Mandela. Assata Shakur is ex political prisoner who was accused of a crime she didnt commit. Who's realy here illegaly ?

Id like to get into an issue regarding immagration. If youve been under a rock there have been current protest happening around the world regarding the issue of immigration, congress threatening to pass a bill that would make it a felony to be here illegally in the United States, and impose penalties on employers who hire illegal immagrants. This threat angered the hispanic comunity, wich in my opinion would gave them a very good reason to be angry. I mean who the hell is this government to say who is, and who isnt in this country illegaly, afterall isnt this country stolen, didnt it still people from a country to build this country's economy. This country represents everything that is illegal, and whats wrong with the world, satisfieing its capitolist greed at the expense of others. I think theres a few things this government, and the people who support the passing of this bill need to take into consideration.
